History
The Department of Food Science and Technology at the College of Natural Resources (CNR), Royal University of Bhutan, was established in 2017 with the introduction of the Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology programme. It was created as part of CNR's expansion of academic departments to strengthen education and research in the natural resources sector alongside its other academic programmes.
